Refurbish

If you have any glass door-coolers that you want to make look new again, we can do this for you. On location (mobile reconditioning), in our warehouse, or in your warehouse this can be accomplished. Whether it is a simple header, handle, graphics change or a complete overhaul, we can do it all.

Complete in warehouse cooler refurbishing includes :

Run cycle test to achieve operating temperature (with 24 hour computer printout of operation).
Check out all components for wear or rust.
Check for refrigeration leaks.
Replace compressor (if applicable).
Perform body work (if applicable).
Re-paint or Re-decal cooler (if applicable).
Install new decals supplied by your company (if applicable).
New overload, light bulb(s) & shelf clips.
Retrofit to new L.E.D. lighting system (if applicable).
Power wash.

RE-IDENTIFY

If you have any coolers worth investing in and would like to change the graphics on them then ATW Refrigeration Services Corp.can perform this task for you. We have a graphic artist & decal supplier that we work closely with to make up new logos or images for your company. You can also supply us with your artwork which can reproduced and applied to your equipment (Jpeg or Vector file needed). Our new addition of a sand blaster lets us remove rust & oxidization from metal parts to prepare surface for a fresh coat of paint. Fabrication of other parts available too.
