MAINTENANCE

Often the least expensive and mostly overlooked is the proper maintaining of your costly equipment. All manufacturers state that failure to clean the condenser at proper intervals can cause compressor malfunction and will void your warranty. Our preventive maintenance is more than just cleaning your condenser.

Preventive Maintenance 

  • Blow out dust and dirt from the condenser.
  • Blow out the condensate lines (for proper drainage).
  • Check light sockets and wiring connections.​
  • Report in detail any potential problems found.
  • Adjust doors. (if necessary).
  • Check and tighten all loose fittings.
  • Oil condenser motor (where applicable).
  • Clean bottom grille.
  • Clean glass (for maximum viewing of product).
  • Report any foreign products being sold out of your cooler.
  • Record store name, store address, manufacturer, model number, and serial number (for proper record keeping).
