Most repairs can be done in the field when proper space and electricity are provided. However, when space and/or electricity are a problem we can use our truck to pick up the equipment and fix it in our newly renovated shop. Our response time is 24-48 hours from when we receive the service call. If your cooler can’t be repaired on site then we can make arrangements to have it picked up within the next 48 hours. All of our repairs are supplied with a 60-day warranty.
