ATW SERVICE TECHS ARE EXPERTS IN REFRIGERATION / FREEZERS PROVIDING SOLUTIONS SINCE 1991.

Currently we are on the recommended list for True, Beverage-Air, Imbera & Frigoglass. Our service techs have been factory trained by manufacturers with vast knowledge of their commercial equipment. All of our mechanics are EPA certified in type 1 refrigeration. Service vans are stocked with 90% of all common parts used in the field. If any part is needed that ATW doesn’t stock, our job is to order the proper part from the manufacturer to complete the repair. ATW will handle the ordering and receiving of any part needed and have them shipped to our location with no additional cost to you.

Each manufacturer has two (2) warrantees that are included in the purchase of your new commercial cooler, freezer or ice maker.

(1) A specific amount of time from date of purchase includes: PARTS & LABOR PLUS SHIPPING.*
(2) A specific amount of time from date of purchase includes: COMPRESSOR PART ONLY.*

*Please refer to the manufacturer for the time allowed.

Warranty repairs are submitted by our office staff in which proper procedures must be followed. Strict guidelines are set up by each manufacturer that we must adhere to.

Not covered under any manufacturers’ warranty is faulty installation. This includes extension cords, surge protectors, overloaded circuits, improper ventilation, off level & lack of maintenance. All of these could void your warranties.

ATW Refrigeration will be adding new manufacturers each year to help service all your needs in one location.

SERVICE CALLS

Includes service call, 15 minutes diagnosis & first 30 minutes to repair. Fractional afterwards per 15 minutes.

TRAVEL TIME

Travel fee includes bridges & tunnels, (parking if needed).

ATW Refrigeration will verify your warranties if you don’t have the ability to do so.
